An Open Letter to my Mother

|Comments Off on An Open Letter to my Mother

Last year I wrote my Mom an open letter. Now that I am 9 months pregnant, thoughts of my mother and all she did for me have been very present in my mind. I am re-posting this for the second time now, because it will never get old. I will never stop loving and appreciating her for all she did for me. Because not everybody understands following your passion.

For The Love Of Music

“Music…gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything.” – Plato Learning to play a musical instrument as an adult can be a daunting task. Feeling as though you have bricks for hands and mush for brains is not, I am told, an uncommon trait for someone coming to the party so late in their lives. But the reward is infinitely worth it.
